  • Amid its serene Ashrama surroundings, the Mission manages a BHAKTA NIWAS that offers very limited and moderate accommodation facilities, which are subject to certain norms and guidelines listed below.
  • This BHAKTA NIWAS is solely intended for devotees and admirers.
  • Please note, this Ashrama has no formal association with any tourist guide or travel agency.
  • On-the-spot or walk-in bookings are generally not accepted. Accommodation is provided only to guests who present booking confirmation letter along with their valid identity cards.

Amenities that Include and Exclude: 

  • All rooms are of two types - Double Bedded and Four Bedded.
  • Each double-bedded room is strictly reserved for two individuals accompanied by a child below six years of age.
  • Limited AC rooms.
  • All rooms have an attached western washroom.


  • The washrooms do not have attached geysers. Instead, a common geyser is provided on each floor of the building for guests to collect hot water.

Common Rules and Regulations 

  1. An Ashrama is a place of holiness and tranquilly. Therefore, during their stay, guests must make sure that their room(s) and the surrounding area are clean and quiet for other visitors.
  2. Guests, according to their travel plans, are warmly invited to participate in any or all of our regular temple services—starting from Mangalarati at 4:30 a.m., Vedic Chanting at 5:30 a.m., Morning Puja from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Evening Prayer and Bhajans from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and occasional Spiritual Discourse following the evening prayer—to experience a sense of divine bliss amidst their busy lives.
  3. Guests must carefully use water, power, and other resources to prevent waste.
  4. It is strongly recommended that guests, including men, enter the Ashrama premises wearing modest attire (full dress), particularly when visiting the Temple and Dining Hall.
  5. Since guests with appropriate reviews are likely to proceed with booking, it is anticipated that they will remain satisfied with the limited resources that will be made available to them.
  6. Our authorities owe no responsibility for the loss/damage of the guest’s belongings. Guests must ensure smart handling. Storage facilities are not available beyond guests’ reservation periods. 
  7. Capturing the beauty of Ashrama through Mobile Blogging is not permitted.
  8. Guests staying in the Bhakta Niwas are strictly prohibited from bringing unauthorized individuals and / or any persons from outside into their assigned room.
  9. The consumption, possession, or use of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or any analogous intoxicating or prohibited substances, whether within guest accommodations or in any area of the Ashrama premises, shall constitute a serious transgression and is hereby strictly prohibited.
  10. The Ashrama authorities may, at their sole discretion, withdraw lodging privileges from any individual who is deemed to have compromised the decorum by engaging in inappropriate conduct. 
    1. Any such conduct may further render the individual liable to immediate disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the Ashrama authorities. 

Booking Procedure

Initial Step

If the applicant and their entire team fully agree to strictly adhere to the stated guidelines, must email to the Secretary of the Mission (srivijayapuram@rkmm.org), requesting for accommodation. 


To consider and prioritize any accommodation request, guests must email the followings :

  1. Proof of Identification:  The applicant’s scanned Aadhaar card (clear photo).
  2. The Booking Application Form (Word file only) : must include all mandatory deails numbered 1 - 12, exactly as provided below.

Second Step
After the application has been successfully verified, the applicant will receive an email from us confirming room availability for the requested dates and indicating the amount of advance payment needed to finalize the booking.

Final Step
Upon receiving the applicant’s email containing a screenshot of the completed advance payment transaction, our Office will send a confirmation email to the applicant within 48 hours.

NOTE:
  • Please be informed that room availability is quite limited and reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The only recommended method of communication regarding guest house matters is via email. Please disregard WhatsApp, phone calls, and text messages. 
  • Emails are generally reviewed and responded to during office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on Sundays and holidays.
  • Accommodation for single female guest is not permitted.
  • Due to receipt of a substantial number of requests for accommodations especially between the months of September and March, it is highly recommended that interested guests must apply for a reservation six months in advance.
  •  Ashrama Main Gate keeps open between 5:30 am. and 9:45 pm.
