Medical Camp
Overview
As part of its ongoing service to the society, Ramakrishna Mission, Sri Vijaya Puram, occasionally conducts free medical camps to provide accessible and holistic healthcare to the local population, especially those from underserved and rural areas.
These camps reflect the Mission’s ideal of "शिव ज्ञाने जीव सेवा" or ‘to serve Jiva as Shiva’.
Since man is potentially Divine, service to man is indeed service to God. Instead of looking upon a needy person as an object of pity, he is looked upon as an object of worship. Such an attitude elevates both the giver and the recipient.
Our medical camps offer consultations, check-ups, and guidance across a range of health needs, with the support of experienced doctors and volunteers.

We offer services through three medical systems, ensuring a comprehensive and balanced approach to healthcare:

Homeopathy – Gentle and personalized treatment for chronic and seasonal conditions
Ayurveda – Natural healing practices rooted in ancient Indian wisdom
Each system is administered by trained practitioners who provide free consultation and medicine as needed.
